Refund and Cancelation Policy

Effective Date: 30th of October 2024 This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and applicable fees. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

1. Monthly Subscription

1.1. Cancellation Within 7 Days
If you cancel your monthly subscription within seven (7) days of account activation, you will receive a full refund, minus a $6 processing fee. This applies to all packages except the Basic monthly subscription, which is eligible for a full refund without the processing fee deduction. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days following your cancellation request.
1.2. Cancellation Between 8-30 Days
For cancellations between eight (8) and thirty (30) days from account activation, a prorated refund will be issued based on the number of unused days within the 30-day period. A $9 processing fee will be deducted from the refund. For example, canceling on day 15 would result in a 50% refund of the original purchase price, minus the $9 fee. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
1.3. Cancellation After 30 Days
For cancellations after thirty (30) days from activation, no refunds will be issued. However, your access to Nexus AI services will continue until the end of the current billing month, at which point the subscription will terminate.

2. Yearly Subscription

2.1. Cancellation Within 7 Days
If you cancel your yearly subscription within seven (7) days of account activation, you will receive a full refund, minus a $6 processing fee. This processing fee applies to all packages, including the Basic annual subscription. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days following the cancellation request.
2.2. Cancellation Between 8-30 Days
For cancellations made between eight (8) and thirty (30) days from activation, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the remaining unused portion of the year, with a $6 processing fee deducted from the refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
2.3. Cancellation After 30 Days
For cancellations made after thirty (30) days from activation, no refunds will be provided. However, you will retain full access to Nexus AI services until the end of the billing year, after which your subscription will terminate.
